The monthly HOA Dues cover all front yard lawn maintenance, common area landscaping, street snow removal private street maintenance, common area utilities and irrigation fees. The current monthly dues are $180.00 along with a reserve contribution of $30.00. The attached single-family homes also pay an additional reserve of $15.00 monthly.
