How big are the homes?
We will offer floor plans between 1500-2300 square feet.
How the homes going to be single story or mulit-level?
There will be both single story "rambler" style homes and a few two story floor plans to choose from.
Will homes have garages?
Yes! All homes will have a minimum 2 car garage, but most floor plans offer a 3 car garage.
Will I be able to make custom design choices?
Yes! This community offers premier, custom homes! Come with your dream home in mind or sit down with our design team and we will draw your home and build you everything that you have ever dreamed of!
Are there any view lots?
Yes! Some of the best views in the valley are found here! You will be shocked to see how far across the valley you can see.
How big are the lots?
The minimum lot size is 6,000 square feet.
What Water Company Services this Community?
The City of Yakima provides domestic water to the home and each home is individually metered. H2O Water Company provides irrigation water. This is paid by the Homeowners Association.

Yes! The monthly HOA dues will cover all front yard landscaping, common area landscaping, snow removal, private street maintenance, common area utilities, and irrigation fees. We estimate this to be $155 per month per home.
